###### The Galaxy Provider Portal is a HIPAA-compliant platform.

## Once logged in, you can:

- View real-time test results
- Download reports as PDFs
- Set up email notifications for completed orders
- Access documentation

## What You’ll Need

You’ll gain access to the Results Portal **after Galaxy receives your first specimen.** Once that happens, we’ll email you your secure login credentials.

To view test results, you’ll need:

- **An active Galaxy provider account**
- **Your secure login credentials** _(emailed after your first specimen is received)_
- **Patient Name**
