The Galaxy Provider Portal is a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Once logged in, you can:

• View real-time test results
• Download reports as PDFs
• Set up email notifications for completed orders
• Access documentation

What You’ll Need

You’ll gain access to the Results Portal after Galaxy receives your first specimen. Once that happens, we’ll email you your secure login credentials.

To view test results, you’ll need:

• An active Galaxy provider account
• Your secure login credentials (emailed after your first specimen is received)
• Patient Name
